Ingredients For Making Heart Vein Opening Drink Ingredients:
1 cup Lemon juice

Cucumber
WOW WHAT A LITTLE GEM THE CUCUMBER IS, I WILL LOOK AT IT DIFFERENTLY NOW.

Gulai tempoyak Rebung bersama udang
Orang pahang panggil nieh...gulai masam rebung dengan udang ...nak resipi ?...scroll ke bawah yer
udang (ikut kehendak hati la nak letak berapa ekor)
2 cawan rebung
10 biji cili api
2 sudu tempoyak
1 keping asam keping
2 mangkuk air
sedikit sebuk kunyit (kalau nak letak kunyit betul pun boleh...lagi sedap)
garam secukup rasa
cara nak masak :
- kisar tempoyak, cili & kunyit
- siap-kacau dalam periuk bersama 2 mangkuk air-kacau sehingga bahan tadi dah tak berketul
- masuk rebung -letak atas dapur..kacau sekali sekala...bila dah mendidih
- masuk udang & garam
- masukkan daun kesum
- rasa dan sesuai dgn citarasa,....angkat dan hidang

Daging Cincang Masak Asam Pedas
Asam pedas nie cukup terkenal kat Melaka. Dan saya belajar dan dapat resipi nie dari saya punya biras (org melaka). Nak try tak ?...nah hambik resipinya
Bahan-bahan
1 kilo daging tetel (setengah org panggil daging cincang)
10 ulas bawang merah
20 tangkai cili kering
1 inci halia
3 batang serai (di ketuk)
2 kuntum bunga kantan (di potong 2 or 3)
1/2 sudu asam jawa (tanpa biji-adabi)
1 inci belacan
1 mangkuk air
sediki daun kesum
minyak untuk menumis
garam secukup rasa
cara-cara
- rebus daging sehingga lembut
- kisar bawang,cili,halia sehingga lumat
- panaskan minyak, masukkan serai-goreng sehingga naik bau
- masukkan semua bahan yang telah dikisar. tumis sehingga garing
- masukkan daging bersertakan air rebusan
- masukkan asam jawa, belacan, daun kesum & bunga kantan serta garam
- masak sehingga mendidih...biarkan sedikit kering
- tutup api dan hidang
p/s : sy suka letak gula merah (1 inci jer tau) ..rasa lebih sedap dan warna lebih cantik

petua : jangan masukkan asam gelugur sewaktu merebus daging - ia akan melambatkan proses melembutkan daging.
Sambal Bilis kering
Hai semua.... kali ni saya kembali dengan satu resipi yang ringkas tp begitu sedap di makan....hehehe (di timpa perasaan la plak).. resipi nie saya dapat dari seorang kawan (terima kasih)...masa resipi nie dapat kepala tengah kering idea nak masak apa untuk buka puasa...kari, masak lemak, sup...semua dah boring masa tu...jadi tiba-tiba kawan nie cakap,..apa kata kalau awak cuba masak sambal nie...tanpa berlengah saya pun salin resipi dan balik dari pejabat petang tu terus saya masak. kebetulan masa tu semua bahan dah ada kat rumah....
Apa kata para tetamu laman saya cuba resipi nie...bahan-bahan yang di perlukan seperti berikut :-
Bahan-bahan
100gm ikan bilis (saya guna yang paling halus)
2 kuntum bunga kantan
1 ulas bawang besar
2 batang serai
2 ulas bawang putih
cili api secukup rasa (ikut citarasa..kalau nak pedas letak la banyak)
1 cawan minyak masak
Cara-cara
- cuci ikan bilis
- tumbuk lumat bawang putih dan cili api-ketepikan
- Mayang bunga kantan,bawang besar dan serai
- panas kan minyak-goreng ikan bilis sehingga ranggup (jangan sampai hangus sudah)-tos kan minyak-ketepikan
- gunakan minyak yg sama -tumiskan bawang putih & cili padi tadi
- masukkan semua bahan-goreng sehingga separuh garing
- masukkan semula ikan bilis tadi dan kacau sehingga semuanya betul-betul sebati
- angkat dan hidang
p/s: garam tidak diperlukan sbb ikan bilis tersebut telah masin. Tapi, jika suka boleh masukkan sedikit serbuk perisa (tok aji or apa2 aja)

Pavlova
this is my third pavlova. first tak jadi..sebab gelojoh sangat nak makan. Belum sempat pavlova nie keras dlm oven aku dah keluarkan. so pavlova tu jadi macam papan lapis hahahahahaha. kemudian yg second punya jadi tp kekurangan buah. so ia nampak kurang menarik. Dan yang ketiga nie ok sikit la dari yg lain2. Para pelawat semua nak try ker resipi aku nie...boleh jer...ok kat sini aku bagi resipi nya
Bahan-bahan
meringue
1cawan gula kastor
4 biji putih telur (tak nak kuning langsung yer)
1 sudu makan esen vanilla
1sudu makan cuka epal (cuka biasa pun boleh...tp jgn cuka getah sudah hahahaha)
1/2 sudu tepung jagung
topping
1 1/2 cawan whipping cream (240gm kalau nak sukat la)
1 1/2 sudu gula
buah-buahan
strawberry
blackberry
kiwi
orange
anggur (seedles)
cara buatnya
meringue
* mix telur sehingga kembang dan gebu (guna maksimum speed yer)
*masukkan gula mix sehingga kembang dan bila di angkat tak jatuh (biasa guna istilah "bertanduk')
* hentikan mixer masukkan cuka,tepung jagung & esen vanilla kacau sehingga sebati (kaup balik)
*masukkan adunan dlm pembakar dan bentuk kan ikut citarasa (bulat, tigasegi or empatsegi)
*masukkan dlm oven , bakar selamat 1jam 15 minit pada suhu 140 darjah
*bila dah ckp masa tu, just tutup oven tp biarkan jer pavlova tu dlm oven dgn pintu yg sedikit terbuka yer , bila dah sejuk oven tu baru la dikuarkan utk dihias

*mangkuk mixer & besi pemutar tu letak dlm peti ais dulu (tempat beku) utk 30 minit
*mix whipping cream sehingga kembang dan bertanduk (5 minit jer kot) maksimum speed
*masuk gula
*siap , lepas tu simpan dlm peti ais
*bila pavlova puff dah siap & sejuk, boleh la di letakkan topping
buahan
tabur semua buahan tersebut di atas meringue yg telah bersalut dengan cream tersebut

Ketupat Sotong
Saya cuba resipi Ketupat sotong dari bonda ku Mak Teh Bidah...ajar on the phone jer...bagi yg suka, memang la sedap ketupat nie...tapi bagi yang kurang gemar faham-faham jer la kan...tp tak salah mencuba kan...cara nak buatnya agak senang tapi kena berhati2 dengan isi dalam ketupat tu..kalau terlebih masuk..mesti rasa keras dan kurang masak isi nya...
bahan-bahan :-
bahan-bahan :-
- sotong (saya cuma masak 4 ekor jer...nak lebih boleh jer)
- beras pulut (agak-agak jer yer...2 1/2 sudu se ekor)
- lidi (untuk kunci atas sotong tu)
- 1 mangkuk santan
- 1 ulas bawang merah (di mayang)
- 1 ulas bawang putih (di mayang)
- 1 sudu halba
- garam secukupnya
cara-cara :
- sotong dicuci dan dibuang kepala, kulit (yg berwarna merah)-siap -ketepikan
- cuci beras pulut lepas tu toskan kemudian ambil setengah cawan santan masukkan sedikit garam-kacau , lepas tu masuk kan pulut...biarkan ia mengembang selama 15 minit
- masukkan kedalam sotong, masukan hanya setengah sotong sahaja, setengah lagi biarkan ia mengempis...jika terlalu banyak pulut ia akan menyebabkan pulut tersebut mentah bila telah dimasak nanti
- kunci mulut sotong dengan lidi td-agar isinya tak terkeluar bila dimasak nanti
- masukkan kedalam periuk kemudian masukkan santan, bawang dan halba serta garam secukupnya dan letak di atas dapur
- kacau sekali sekala agar tidak melekat

Masak lemak Siput Sedut
Memang sedap sangat siput sedut nie....perhhh rasa nak habiskan seperiuk tu sorang-sorang jer...hehehe.. apa kata kalau para tetamu blog saya mencuba resipi siput sedut nie. resipi nie mak mertua saya yang ajar.. kiranya ini ada lah resipi dari dapur ct atekah... kalau nak cuba resipi sila tengok & baca senarai bahan-bahan yang diperlukan seperti berikut :-
bahan-bahan
- siput sungai /sawah (telah di rendam sehari semalam)
- santan secukupnya
- 4 ulas bawang merah
- sedikit cili api
- 4 batang serai (diketuk)
- daun kunyit (di koyakkan )
- garam secukupnya
cara memasak
siput dibuang ekornya (untuk senang disedut bila mau makan nanti)
cuci sehingga bersih, kemudian masukkan segala bahan di atas dan masak sehingga siput tersebut telah masak atau sehingga mendidih dan santan telah hampir pecah minyak (tapi jangan la tunggu siput punya shell tu lembut sebab ia tidak lembut)
bila dah masak angkat dan biarkan sejuk sekejap dan dah boleh makan...yummyy...selamat mencuba

Sambal Hitam (Sambal Belimbing Rebus)
sambal hitam nie memang terkenal di Pahang terutama di Kuala Lipis (sebab saya tinggal di Kuala lipis ...hehehe). Nak buat sambal nie memang teramat senang cuma perlu ada beberapa bahan sahaja.
Bahan-bahan :
- 100gm ikan bilis (di buang isi perut & tulang)
- 1 1/2 ulas bawang besar (bg yg kurang gemar bawang merah )
- 20 biji cili api (blh di tmbh & di kurang mengikut selera masing2)
- 2 sudu belimbing hitam (belimbing buluh (masam) yg telah direbus berjam2 lamanya)
- sedikit minyak masak untuk mengoreng
note:- garam tidak diperlukan sebab ikan bilis telah sedia ada masin
- belimbing hitam boleh didapati di semua pasar minggu di kuala lipis, benta dan sekitarnya.
cara-cara :
- tumbuk cili api sehingga lumat,
- masukkan bawang. tumbuk lagi sehingga lumat (berjaga-jaga dengan percikan cili api)
- kemudian masukkan belimbing hitam. tumbuk sehingga lumat jugak. biar semuanya bergaul dan sebati.
- bila semua dah lumat masukkan ikan bilis. tumbuk lagi sehingga separuh lumat (pecah 2 ke 3 ikut kata orang kuala lipis)
- bila semua dah siap di tumbuk. sila panaskan minyak. bila minyak dah panas masukkan bahan2 tadi.goreng sehingga garing atau bertukar kepada warna hitam (bukan hangus yer)
note: selamat mencuba.... semoga berjaya dan bila dah makan dengan nasi panas tu jangan makan banyak sangat yer. Berhenti bila dah kenyang. Sambal nie tahan seminggu tau, tapi pastikan ia di simpan didalam peti ais. Bila nak makan barulah di panaskan kembali....

Kek cokelat
kek cokelat kukus yg moist. terima kasih kepada my adik ku sayang kerana bg resipi kek cokelat nie . ingat nak kongsi resipi nie dgn para tetamu yg sudi melawati blog saya ini. kek nie cukup senang & simple sangat cara membuatnya.
bahan2
1 cawan gulu castor
1 tin susu cair
1 tin susu pekat manis
1 1/2 tepung gandum
1 sudu baking powder
1/2 sudu soda bikabonat
1 cawan serbuk koko
1 cawan minyak masak
4 biji telur
cara membuatnya
(A) gula,susu cair,susu pekat,serbuk koko sila cair kan dengan cara double boil, lepas dah sebati semua angkat dan sejukkan
tepung gandum,baking powder,soda bikabonat perlu di ayak dahulu sebelum dicampur ke dalam adunan (A) . kacau sehingga sebati. kemudian masukkan telur dan minyak teruskan kacau sehingga semuanya menjadi sebati dan tidak berketul . lepas tu masuk dalam loyang dan kukus selama 1 jam.
sila kukus dengan api yg perlahan. tak perlu buat api yg kuat sbb ia akan membuat kan kek tu masak kat luar jer. dan kek akan turun semula bila diangkat.
selamat mencuba, tapi kalau malas nak buat, order jer dgn saya. saya jual kek ni dengan harga RM30.00 sahaja berukuran 9".

waktu cukup tak mengizinkan aku memanjakan diri dgn kamera kesayangan.. akibatnya kamera tu hampir di jual...tapi buat masa ini umurnya masih panjang dgn aku. akhirnya aku mengambil kesempatan dan meluangkan sedikit waktu dgn nya....dah inilah hasilnya.
